As a Licensed Residential Builder, you will lead a team of builders to provide remodeling and renovation services to clients. The work includes installation of cabinets (often custom), appliances, countertops, showers, baths, and more. Experience with kitchen and bath renovations is necessary. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and strong independent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead Building Team and maintain high standards of work quality and timeliness
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and building specifications
Install Cabinets and Countertops with functionality, alignment, and aesthetics as designed
Install Appliances
Install showers, doors, and other bathroom fixtures and accessories
Install finish materials with precision and quality
Occasionally modify material as needed
Make repairs as needed
Provide a positive experience for clients
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Current Builders License for the state of Michigan
5+ Years Experience with Kitchen & Bath Installations
Relevant Leadership Experience
Physically able to lift heavy materials (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
Proficiency with an assortment of typical power tools in a residential construction environment
Passionate about craftsmanship and production of a complete project
