Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) San Mateo

We’re hiring a dependable and engaging Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a child in the San Mateo area. This part-time position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with kids and can show up consistently with focus and positive energy.
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA-based support in the home
Use play, structure, and reinforcement to build skills
Follow behavior plans and track progress
Collaborate with your BCBA for guidance and development
Requirements (Important):
Willing to travel to San Mateo
Part-time availability (afternoons/evenings preferred)
Reliable transportation
Able to stay engaged, attentive, and present during sessions
Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience is a plus)
