Role Description
The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations at Ramos Dental Care's Jacksonville, FL office. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, ensuring a smooth patient check-in and check-out process, handling appointment scheduling, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Manager is also responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing patient concerns and creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Insuring all insurance are verify, submit and follow up with outstanding claim pending.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build positive relationships and ensure a welcoming patient experience
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling multi-line phone systems, greeting patients, and managing front desk operations
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff in a professional manner
Experience in managing Reservations and maintaining appointment schedules efficiently
Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills
Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a bonus
