Cost Analyst

3R Development Inc. needs a financial analyst to assist in daily operations.

The financial analyst will be responsible for:

Gathering and analyzing financial data.

Determining standard costs and investigating variances with actual costs.

Preparing detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc.

Helping management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes).

Creating and managing budgets, and monitoring spending

Conducting audits on financial processes and transactions.

Monitoring changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs

Estimating product costs for existing and new products

Forecasting and analyzing costs of processes, labor and inventory

Suggestting cost-reducing or profitable solutions.

Conducting market research to support future business planning
