We’re hiring a dependable and engaging Behavior Technician to work with a child in the San Mateo area. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and can show up consistently with focus and positive energy.
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA-based support in the home
Use play, structure, and reinforcement to build skills
Follow behavior intervention plans and track progress
Work closely with your BCBA for guidance and development
Requirements (Important):
Willing to travel to San Mateo
Part-time availability (afternoons/evenings preferred)
Reliable transportation
Able to stay attentive, engaged, and present during sessions
Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience is a plus)
