About Helen’s Project Helen’s Project is a multi-state nonprofit mental health organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, affordable behavioral health services. We provide virtual therapy to adolescents and adults, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Position Summary We are seeking fully licensed therapists to provide telehealth services to clients aged 15 and older. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends. Therapists are compensated per completed session, with rates based on experience, licensure tenure, previous employment, and educational background. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy to adolescents (15+) and adults via secure telehealth platform Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant session documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with Helen’s Project administrative and clinical team to ensure continuity of care Adhere to ethical guidelines and state licensing regulations Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices Support clients through a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions Skills & Experience Active license in your practicing state(s): TX, OK, LA, MS, VA, WA, CO, AZ, AR, KY, ID, or AL (LPC, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LMFTA, or equivalent) Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adolescents (15+) and/or adults, individually, in couples, or family settings Proficient with telehealth platforms and comfortable using technology for virtual sessions Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage clients effectively Ability to maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a flexible schedule Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice Benefits & Highlights Fully remote work from anywhere in your licensed state(s) Flexible schedule evening and weekend availability welcomed Free Texas supervision available for associates Supportive, mission-driven team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Apply Today Submit your resume and proof of licensure to:
