Telemarketer & Inside Sales Representative
Barcana has been a pioneer in commercial grade holiday décor since 1986. We’re looking for a Telemarketer & Inside Sales Representative who can help us connect with new prospects, nurture existing accounts, and support our growing wholesale business.
You’ll leverage our decades of market insight, extensive product catalog, and fast-turn manufacturing capabilities to build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to retailers, designers, municipalities, and commercial decorators.
• Introduce Barcana’s product lines and seasonal programs.
• Qualify prospects and identify purchasing timelines.
• Manage inbound inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up communications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and sales targets.
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
Experience in wholesale, décor, retail, or seasonal products is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
