Wok and Flame is looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee operations in our high-volume Asian restaurant kitchen. This role combines culinary leadership with operational management to ensure fast, consistent food production.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily kitchen production and service operations
• Manage prep planning, production schedules and staffing
• Ensure food quality, speed and consistency during service
• Control food cost through inventory and ordering management
• Train and supervise kitchen team members
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of restaurant kitchen experience in a leadership role
• Experience working in fast-paced kitchens or Asian cuisine concepts
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen systems
Pay & Perks:
