Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, legal, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver products.
  • Experience with advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, managing, and refining evaluation methods and success metrics for AI models and AI-powered products, converting performance insights into impactful product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of user perspectives for AI products, with experience identifying pain points and translating user insights into refined and intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
  • Ability to understand and predict emerging AI model capabilities and engage in credible, informed collaborations with technical teams.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to senior leadership, communicating product idea and strategy.

In this role, you will define and lead the product idea for how users interact with AI, strategically integrating AI capabilities amidst an evolving technological landscape. By leveraging large language models (LLMs), you will contribute to the advancement of generative AI technologies, enabling them to serve as intelligent assistants, researchers, collaborators, and coaches.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a clear product idea, roadmap, and strategic plan for extending LLM capabilities via tools, integrating emerging AI technologies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving user needs.
  • Develop and prioritize product requirements by synthesizing user feedback, UX research, AI model performance metrics, market trends, and competitive analysis, clarifying ambiguities specific to AI's evolving nature and generating insights from AI model behaviors to deliver impactful product improvements.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to design, implement, and launch innovative features, bridging AI's technical complexity with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Own and drive go-to-market strategies for new AI features and products, including strategic positioning, market understanding, and impactful messaging to ensure successful launch and sustained market relevance.
  • Maintain knowledge in advanced AI (e.g., LLMs, Diffusion Models, RAG), and predict emerging model capabilities.
