We’re looking for a reliable, engaging Behavior Technician to support a child in the San Mateo area. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids and can consistently show up with energy and focus.

Must be willing to travel to San Mateo
Part-time availability (afternoons/evenings preferred)
Reliable transportation
Able to stay engaged, alert, and present throughout sessions
Experience with children preferred (ABA is a plus)

What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA-based support in the home
Use play, structure, and reinforcement to build skills
Follow behavior plans and track progress
Collaborate with your BCBA for support and growth
