The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible to integrate at all levels of the organization to promote the delivery of a quality product and the professional and timely handling of customer work. The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for the management of the account from implementation to the life of the contract. The Customer Relationship Manager will embrace the company vision while living and promoting the company's core operating values. Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for customers with regard to overall account management. Provide guidance and advice to customers, specifically geared toward the use of integrated solutions supported under the Healthcare and Solutions that the Company offers. Investigate and solve customer problems and handle any and all customer complaints. Assist Operations and Accounting in issuing accurate invoices/billing to Customers. Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with Customers. Create and present reports and business reviews to clients including but not limited to: status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, action logs, risk assessments, etc. Facilitate discussions, internal and external, on process efficiencies and drive the program until successful closure. Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities for closure. Qualified for CRM incentive program. Be proficient in the business process and technology enabling the processes so that interactions and deliverables with technical teams can be managed effectively. The position requires a technical understanding of high and low-level design, infrastructure components, and preferably knowledge of document management workflow. General technical understanding and ability to recognize the need and associate with products and services offered by the company. Ensures the contractual requirements are disseminated, understood, and applied in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new processes and technologies. The CRM may be assigned to manage existing accounts and will need to possess the ability and individual drive to learn these processes with minimal support and documentation. Requirements Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding a machine. Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
