We specialize in preparing healthcare professionals and community members with the skills and confidence to save lives. We are currently seeking qualified medical professionals to join our instructional team as BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructors. Position Summary As an AHA Instructor, you will deliver lifesaving education in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by training healthcare providers and first responders. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking additional income while maintaining full-time healthcare employment. Required Qualifications Active Medical License (one required): Paramedic Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Practitioner (NP) CRNA APRN (with ICU, ER, or Telemetry experience) Certifications: Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification (required) AHA PALS certification preferred (training provided if not certified) Scheduling & Commitment: Availability to teach a minimum of 5 dates per month At least 2 weekend dates (Saturday or Sunday) Ability to teach 2 evening classes per month (Monday Thursday) Evening class arrival window: 3:30 4:30 PM Additional teaching opportunities are available beyond the minimum requirement Availability must be submitted at least 12 weeks in advance 18-month instructor contract commitment required Compensation & Benefits Monthly compensation ranging from $1,500 to $3,500, based on classes taught Flexible scheduling around existing healthcare roles AHA Instructor training and certification provided Opportunity to educate, empower, and save lives within your community Application Questions Please be prepared to answer the following: Are you available to teach at least 5 dates per month (6 10 hours per class) after training?
