Position Overview
We are looking for a top-tier Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in pet products, veterinary solutions, or related healthcare sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding market presence in a competitive and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
Identify and secure new business opportunities with veterinary clinics, pet stores, and distributors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners
Educate customers on Gingivite’s product benefits and value proposition
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed
Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competition, and customer needs
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications
3 7+ years of proven success in sales (pet industry, veterinary, or healthcare preferred)
Strong network within veterinary clinics, pet retail, or animal health sectors is a plus
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Willingness to travel as needed
