We are hiring 3 Medical Scribes for a Medical Center in the Houston, TX area!

You will support physicians by documenting patient encounters in real time, allowing providers to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately document patient visits in the electronic medical record
Record history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
Enter orders, labs, and imaging requests as directed
Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Assist with chart completion and workflow efficiency
