The Senior Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional, white-glove client experience in a high-end, client-centric environment to both internal and external clients. This role sets the tone for professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, ensuring every interaction reflects the organization’s commitment to world-class service. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, private club, or similarly service-driven setting and has a proven ability to proactively anticipate client needs, lead by example, and elevate the overall hospitality experience. In this role, you will feel empowered to think creatively and approach challenges differently, helping to elevate the client experience by contributing innovative, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, providing a polished, welcoming, and professional first impression
• Anticipate client needs and proactively deliver thoughtful, personalized service at every touchpoint
• Support day-to-day hospitality operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and presentation
• Mentor and guide Hospitality staff, modeling best practices in service excellence and professionalism
• Coordinate meeting room setup, catering, and special requests with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and client-ready environment at all times
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and implement improvements
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, high-end hospitality environment, or similar client-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a world-class customer experience with consistency and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
• Highly attentive to detail with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
• Ability to mentor, guide and influence team members
• Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable presence
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Attributes
