Job description:
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor customer account(s) with on time shipping and routing.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide ETA updates to internal teams and customers
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and Excel tracking reports
• Communicate effectively with warehouses, vendors, and cross-functional departments
• Troubleshoot shipment delays, discrepancies, and freight claims
• Support inventory reconciliation and order fulfillment processes
• Ensure compliance with retail shipping guidelines and requirements
Qualifications
• 1 3 years of experience in Retail Logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables are a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems and EDI platforms preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Chinese bilingual a plus)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Experience working with LTL, FTL, ocean, and air freight carriers
• Familiarity with wholesale and retail shipping processes
