Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only role ideal for self-starters who are confident in their ability to generate leads, close deals, and earn based on performance.

Responsibilities
Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
Conduct roof inspections and assess customer needs
Present roofing solutions and explain products/services to homeowners
Prepare and deliver estimates and proposals
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (roofing or construction is a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
100% commission-based pay structure (no cap on earnings)
