Position Summary
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for representing the NaturalSlim brand, with a primary focus on generating revenue through the sale of programs and products while delivering a customer experience focused on closing and retention.
The main goal is to identify opportunities, effectively advise clients, and convert prospects into sales, maximizing commissions and results.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospects and clients via phone, messaging, and email with a strong focus on sales and closing
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Execute consultative sales processes to increase conversions
Follow up with prospects to achieve effective closings
Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Promote NaturalSlim products and programs in a persuasive manner
Manage appointments and sales opportunities
Record activities and follow-ups in internal systems
Build customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
Requirements
Fluent Spanish (English is a plus)
Experience in sales, call center, or telesales
Proven ability to close sales and work toward targets
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Competitive, results-driven attitude
Basic proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Excel, email)
Strong organization and consistent follow-up skills
Availability Monday through Saturday
Working Conditions
Employment type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day
Base pay: $14.00 USD per hour + uncapped commissions
Location: On-site, Largo, Florida
