Outside Sales Direct

Dirk here with Sun Valley Search. We’ve been recruiting in rotating equipment for over 30 years. I wanted to reach out because we’re looking to fill a new Outside Sales role in the PNW, focused on direct sales of engineered Control Valves. It’s a strong client with a great reputation, and we’re looking for someone who’s either:
• Sold Hydraulic Control Valves, or
• Been in pump sales / fluid dynamics and understands engineered flow products.
This is a growth position with:
• Uncapped commissions
• Territory flexibility (can be shaped around where the rep lives)
• Career advancement into broader leadership or product roles

We’ve also seen success with candidates who are mechanically inclined or Sales Engineers ready to move into a true sales capacity.
