Software Engineer III, YouTube Ads Agentic Creatives Optimization
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in software development, and with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience working with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience with Generative AI, including large language models and diffusion models.
- Experience working on large, complex and cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of advertising systems and metrics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Implement and develop machine learning models and infrastructure for creative generation and optimization, working with TL to finalize the design.
- Work with GenAI & ML models to create novel ad formats and experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Debug issues and contribute to the overall stability and improvement of the team's infrastructure.
