Now Hiring: Child Respite Companion (a.k.a. Professional Fun Facilitator!)
Location: Kronenwetter, WI
Pay: $14.13/hr
Hours: 5 7 PM, Monday Friday (plus occasional weekend adventures!)

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, playful, and big-hearted human to spend time with an awesome, music-loving kiddo. If you’ve got a knack for turning everyday moments into fun, meaningful experiences you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
This isn’t your average job. It’s part playground pal, part cheerleader, part creativity coach.

What You’ll Be Up To
• Backyard adventures & outdoor play
• Creating a safe, supportive, curiosity-friendly environment
• Bringing humor, patience, and encouragement to every interaction
• Sneaking in life skills through fun (yes, it’s a superpower)

• Loves anything orange
• Future race car champ (big into cars!)
• Enjoys iPad time
• Water + swimming = happiness
• Oh and did we mention he plays piano?

What Works Best
• A calm, patient vibe
• Ability to turn learning into play
• Someone who actually likes being active and engaged

You Might Be Perfect If You Are:
• Flexible, dependable, and a great communicator
• Fun, creative, and not afraid to be a little silly
• Experienced with autism (bonus points, not required!)
