Job description:

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Duties:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via face to face meetings at customer's place of residence.

- Enter and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the database

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction

- Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers

- Identify potential sales opportunities and promote additional products or services

Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions

- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
