Summer Camp Counselor or Activity Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our summer camp teams as General Counselors or Activity Specialist all across the US. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers while leading or assisting with daily activities such as sports, arts, outdoor adventures, and team-building programs. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and either be a U.S. citizen or able to obtain a visa in a timely manner.

Ideal applicants have experience working with children or a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience to support future careers in education, recreation, childcare, or related fields. Some camps may also offer internship credit be sure to mention if this is something you are seeking.

When applying through Camp Connections, there is no agency fee. International applicants are responsible only for visa-related costs, and all candidates (domestic and international) are responsible for their own travel expenses.

The camp season varies by camp anywhere between May - September.
