Manufacturing Operator

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator (Medical Devices)
Location: Plymouth, MN
Duration: 12 Months

Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (Monday to Thursday with overtime on Fridays)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Manufacturing Operators to support the production of high-quality medical devices including catheters and cardiac devices. This role is in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment and is suitable for both entry-level and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of medical device components
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Work with small parts and use microscopes when required
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
Basic reading and comprehension skills (minimum 7th-grade level)
High school diploma preferred
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer and data entry skills

Work Environment:
Cleanroom setting with strict dress code requirements
Work involves handling small and delicate components
Must follow all hygiene and safety protocols
