Oracle Financials Consultant
SRK Systems, Inc. is an IT firm engaged in the business of providing data processing consulting services to major corporations, government agencies and other business concerns throughout the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups using implementation experience and understanding of Oracle Financial Cloud.
• Provide advice and guidance to our customers on the process improvements and efficiencies that can be realized through the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Execute implementation strategy, capturing business and systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, configuring, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Demonstrate full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financial Cloud General Ledger, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
• Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Complete a broad range of implementation activities, including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, production go-live, hyper-care, and transition to the support organization.
• Provide support, including the financial processes solution design, performing requirements fit/gap analysis, providing system demonstrations, and advising on resourcing requirements for planning and estimating purposes.
• Work closely with the client SMEs and stakeholders to familiarize them with the Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities and support them in the decisions and development of the solution and process design for their finance functions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and technologies, focusing on data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integration with third-party applications. Implement strategies to ensure smooth cloud adoption and seamless data management across platforms.
• Implement Oracle's project management methodology (OUM), Agile, and other testing strategies, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate the development and execution of testing plans for system deployment and post-deployment analysis.
• Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, address system design issues, and optimize Oracle Cloud applications for business needs.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
