Delivery Driver & Rental Gear Setup Associate
Pay: $17/hour + monthly tip-share bonus
*Full-Time or Part-Time Positions Available*
Hours: Full-time: 30 40 hrs/week Part-time: 10-30 hrs/week

This isn't your average delivery job. You'll be delivering and setting up premium beach equipment, baby gear, and party games to vacation rentals, hotels, local residences and events across the Charleston area helping families and visitors have the best experience possible. It's active, hands-on work, in a dynamic environment, with a team that takes pride in what they do.

What You'll Do:
• Drive company vehicles (SUVs and cargo vans) to deliver and set up beach gear, baby equipment, and party games at vacation rental properties, events, etc. no personal vehicle required
• Load, inspect, and prepare rental gear before each route to maintain our high quality standards
• Learn setup and breakdown procedures for our extensive inventory (we have training videos, a detailed equipment manual accessible from your phone, and in-shop resources to help you get there)
• Communicate professionally and warmly with vacation rental hosts and guests
• Support shop organization, vehicle care, and end-of-day procedures
• Lift and carry equipment safely up to 45 lbs
• Assist with daily operations when needed

What We're Looking For:
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs
• Weekend availability peak season Saturdays are required
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Available during business hours: 8 AM 6 PM
