SermonBook.ai empowers users to focus on delivering impactful messages while assisting in turning sermons into devotionals, study guides, and other ministry resources using smart templates.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Professional Sales Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and demonstrating a strong knowledge of SermonBook.ai to address client needs effectively.

Daily tasks include
• Prospect and reach out to pastors, churches, and ministry leaders daily
• Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up by text
• Start real conversations, not just pitch
• Book qualified demos for SermonBook.ai
• Follow up until the prospect makes a decision
• Track activity and notes in CRM
• Handle objections with clarity and confidence

What success looks like
• Daily outreach volume is high and consistent
• You are booking demos every week
• Pastors are engaging and showing interest
• Your pipeline is active and moving
• You are generating paid signups
This role is simple. Conversations lead to demos. Demos lead to revenue. You get paid on results.

You are a strong fit if you
• Have experience in sales, outreach, or business development
• Are comfortable talking to pastors and church leaders
• Understand church culture and how to communicate respectfully
• Can handle rejection and keep going
• Are self-motivated and do not need supervision
• Prefer performance-based income over fixed pay
Bonus if you already have relationships with pastors or ministry leaders.

Compensation
• Commission-only structure
• Earn per closed subscriber or sale
• High earning potential based on performance
• Top performers can grow into leadership or higher commission tiers

Qualifications
• Strong sales, client relationship management, and customer engagement skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with digital tools and platforms to manage leads and sales activities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet sales goals
• Familiarity or background in ministry, theological studies, or understanding of pastoral work is an advantage
• Proficiency in delivering presentations and product demonstrations to a diverse audience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
