### POSITION OVERVIEW
Join Flight Academy and Voice Up Publishing as a Chief of Staff & Health Equity Intern! This dynamic position supports both organizations in addressing the "Great Eight" barriers to youth success, with focus on mental health and wellness initiatives. You'll help implement Flight Academy's 32-acre campus vision while developing health programs that address community disparities.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support organizational leadership through meeting coordination, tracking deliverables, and calendar management
- Assist with establishing operational systems, including payroll, HR processes, and documentation
- Research health disparities affecting youth in the Trotwood/Dayton area
- Develop mental health and wellness programming within the "Great Eight" framework
- Coordinate with healthcare partners to enhance service accessibility
- Support grant writing efforts for health initiatives
