Store Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to training and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order stock as needed. Ensure the store is properly stocked and organized.
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy. Oversee cash handling and banking procedures
• Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
• Ensure excellent customer service. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; majoring in business management or a related field is preferred
• Experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
