Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Oil Technician to join a fast-paced automotive service team in the Dayton, TN area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform light-duty preventive maintenance on personal and fleet vehicles, including:
Full-service oil changes
Engine and cabin air filter replacements
Wiper blade replacements
Fluid exchange services
Tire pressure checks and adjustments
Clearly communicate service recommendations and product benefits to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
