Creamee/Cashier Associate

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite creamee flavors and toppings.

Prepare and serve food items accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Operate cash register to process transactions efficiently and accurately.

Handle cash, credit card payments, and give correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Upsell additional products or add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation surfaces, and equipment.

Support food safety standards by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.

Assist with restocking supplies, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the service area.

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is preferred.

Familiarity with operating cash register is highly advantageous.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals.

Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.

Previous experience in cashiering or retail math is a plus.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
