Mobile Home Repair Laborer (Leveling, Skirting, Anchoring)

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Home Repair Laborer to join our growing team at Centerline. This position involves hands-on work repairing and stabilizing manufactured homes across Central Florida. If you have experience in construction, leveling, or general labor or you’re willing to learn we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with mobile home leveling (beam & pier adjustments) Replacing and adjusting blocks, wedges, and anchors Installing and repairing skirting (vinyl, faux stone, etc.) Vapor barrier and insulation work General labor under mobile homes and outdoor job sites Loading/unloading tools and materials Following safety procedures at all times Requirements: Construction or general labor experience preferred (but not required) Must be comfortable working outdoors and under homes Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and punctuality Valid driver’s license is a plus
