We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Business Partner to support a Senior Director 1:1.
In this role, you will manage their complex schedule including travel, build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless execution of key tasks. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and expense report processing.
- Serve as a trusted and transparent business partner, establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives. Maintain complete confidentiality and advocate for the productivity of Deepmind leaders.
- Drive operational efficiency and responsiveness by refining existing processes and developing new strategies. Navigate ambiguity with meticulous attention to detail while collaborating with Executive and Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) to problem-solve under pressure.
- Possess strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a range of individuals and job functions to ensure seamless alignment across the organization.
- Exhibit the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
