Senior Interaction Designer, YouTube TV, Watch Experience
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing TV products.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing and launching for multiple platforms (e.g., iOS, Android, Web).
- Experience designing for interactive TV and streaming products.
- Experience designing and launching with AI.
- Experience creating and iterating on low to high-fidelity prototypes (e.g., wireframes, interactive mockups) using figma.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value opportunities and net-new product innovations by uncovering emerging user needs to strategically expand the product ecosystem.
- Develop long-term UX strategies and lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable product impact and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Raise the bar for design excellence by utilizing deep technical knowledge to deliver dynamic, interactive, and visually refined interfaces across the entire product path.
- Partner with product teams to ensure ecosystem consistency, utilizing excellent storytelling to articulate design positions and challenge partners with fresh product thinking.
- Prioritize collective success by fostering an environment, proactively coaching other designers, and pushing the team’s creative thinking to new levels.
