General Laborer / Property Services Helper (Training )
Perkins Property Solution LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Property Services Helper to support apartment turnovers, residential property services, and general property preparation and maintenance-related operations.
This opportunity is well-suited for an individual who values hard work, takes direction well, and wants to grow with a professional company committed to quality, consistency, and excellence in service. While prior experience is helpful, it is not required for the right candidate. Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Work is performed across a variety of property types, including apartments, residential properties, and additional property service environments as company operations continue to expand. Current job sites are located throughout the Indianapolis area, including the north side, southeast side, and Cloverdale.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in preparation
• Support residential property service projects and general labor needs
• Help with cleaning, trash-outs, and site preparation
• Carry materials and assist technicians with assigned tasks
• Support basic repairs and general property service work
• Follow company procedures, job checklists, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Work in both vacant and occupied properties as assigned
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and remain physically active throughout the day
• Basic tools are helpful, but not required
Pay & Growth:
• $16.00 $20.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
