ServiceNow IRM Product Owner / Technical Lead

Hiring: ServiceNow IRM Product Owner / Technical Lead Work Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) Experience Required: 10 15 Years Domain: Life Sciences & Pharma We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Product Owner / Technical Lead to drive both functional and technical aspects of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management implementations. This hybrid role combines product ownership with technical leadership, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and deep platform expertise. Key Skills Required: * Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM modules: * Third-Party Risk Management * Policy and Compliance Management * Data Privacy * Risk Management * Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and development * Strong experience in Agile/Scrum (Product Owner responsibilities, backlog management) * Ability to perform technical code reviews and provide architectural guidance * Strong stakeholder and client management skills Key Responsibilities: * Own end-to-end Product Owner responsibilities including backlog creation, prioritization, and sprint planning * Work closely with IRM stakeholders and delivery teams * Provide technical leadership and oversight for ServiceNow IRM implementations * Review and guide development work to ensure quality and alignment with best practices * Bridge business requirements with technical solutions * Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and business objectives * Coordinate across global teams and drive delivery excellence Good to Have: * Experience with NowAssist for ServiceNow IRM * ServiceNow GRC/IRM certifications * Exposure to SAFe or advanced Agile frameworks * Strong regulatory and compliance domain knowledge * Experience working with global/distributed teams Additional Details: * Hybrid work model (Onsite in Indianapolis or India-based with hybrid setup) * Background Check: Mandatory before onboarding (FADV) * Interview Mode: Video
