Strategy and Operations Lead, Business Operations, Google Customer Solutions
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with advanced Google Sheets (modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas); with foundational knowledge of SQL for data extraction and exploration.
- Knowledge of business, with the ability to identify core business drivers and translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Ability to partner with and influence executive leaders, navigating organizational complexity to align various teams around shared regional goals.
- Ability to manage the full project lifecycle, transitioning from high-level strategic design to granular execution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across regional and global teams to drive unified business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact strategic opportunities via analytical deep-dives and robust business cases; define actionable roadmaps and orchestrate end-to-end implementation across regional teams and markets.
- Partner directly with regional Sales leadership to advocate and drive business priorities across GCS APAC, translate high-level goal into localized strategic execution.
- Drive the end-to-end quarterly channel management and escalation process, standardize governance frameworks to ensure leadership decisions are executed flawlessly across all cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships across Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Global teams to navigate complex trade-offs, align various leadership perspectives, and influence cross-functional partners toward unified business goals.
- Lead high-stakes interventions to resolve operational roadblocks, recalibrate strategies in real-time based on shifting market conditions to ensure successful project delivery.
