Job Overview CCE is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to support and drive the marketing efforts for our flagship product, Impact360. This is a hands-on role for a mid-level marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into action owning the day-to-day execution of campaigns, digital content, and marketing programs that fuel product awareness and demand generation. You will work closely with CCE’s marketing leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing execution across all channels. About Impact360 Impact360 is an on-premise CAD-agnostic platform to automate engineering tasks & complete workflows. It includes robust out-of-the-box components for design visualization, translation, technical data packages, and real-time design review meetings. Its automation engine easily captures tasks and automates workflows within a no-code environment to help digitalize and automate the enterprise. Impact360 captures knowledge & automates labor-intensive tasks in many post-design functional areas in the enterprise to deliver significant operational cost savings. Responsibilities: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid digital, aligned with the product marketing strategy for Impact360. Create and manage marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, landing pages, case studies, and event collateral. Own day-to-day management of the company website and landing pages updating content, monitoring performance, and coordinating changes with web/design resources. Track campaign performance, maintain contact lists, and ensure data hygiene. Support trade show and event logistics coordinating registrations, booth materials, promotional assets, and follow-up communications. Monitor and report on marketing KPIs including website traffic, lead generation, email performance, and social engagement; synthesize insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Assist in the development and distribution of press releases, product announcements, and company news. Coordinate with the India-based marketing support team to manage timelines and deliverables for content and creative assets. Research industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience behavior to inform content and campaign planning. Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, engineering technology, or industrial/manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated ability to independently execute marketing campaigns from planning through completion. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO platforms. Strong writing and editing skills able to produce clear, compelling content for technical and business audiences. Comfortable working with website CMS platforms; basic HTML familiarity is a plus. Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
