Job Title: Restoration Project Manager
Location: Jacksonville, North Carolina
N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions (NTDRS) is seeking an experienced Restoration PM to manage restoration projects from start to finish. NTDRS is a full-service mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage projects from initiation to completion
• Perform onsite evaluation and create project plan, scope, schedule, and budget
• Review estimates and work orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client’s needs
• Obtain proper documentation, including contracts, permits, blueprints and related records
• Maintain the availability of resources while staying within budget
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the team, clients, vendors, and other parties involved
• Supervise ongoing activities onsite to make sure they’re carried out according to plan
• Ensure safety guidelines and protocols that align with industry standards are being followed
• Track project progress, create detailed documentation and reports, and provide regular updates
• Maintain records for each project such as materials, labor, subcontractor etc.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate rapid mitigation efforts when required
• Train and mentor staff on mitigation procedures, safety practices, and equipment use
• May provide hands-on field support as needed to assist teams and ensure project success
Requirements:
• Experience in managing water, fire, smoke, or mold restoration projects under insurance claims
• IICRC certifications such as WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT, etc. would be nice to show industry experience but not required
• Prior hands-on experience as a Mitigation/Restoration Technician is an advantage
• Experience in carpentry, drywalling, flooring, roofing, or painting is a plus
• Able to read blueprints
• Proficiency in DASH, MICA, Xactimate, and Microsoft 365
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Willing to respond to on-call assignments as needed
• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
