Maintenance Supervisor

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in El Dorado Springs, MO!

Pay: $55,000 $65,000/year + overtime eligible (salary non-exempt) + bonus potential

Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM, with 5 15 hours of overtime per week

Location: El Dorado Springs, MO 64744

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensure reliable plant and facility operations, and drive equipment uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings both industrial and building maintenance experience with strong electrical and boiler skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of 2 maintenance technicians
Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical (single/3-phase, 110v 480v), mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ensure proper maintenance of boilers, HVAC, and facility systems
Collaborate with the Plant Manager and operations team on projects and equipment improvements
Maintain CMMS records, parts inventory, and vendor coordination
Enforce safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

3+ years of maintenance experience, with supervisory or lead experience required
Strong electrical skills, including wiring and electrical testing (single & 3-phase, 110v 480v)
Boiler experience strongly preferred
Industrial and building maintenance experience required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
Ability to work Monday Friday with on-call availability for maintenance needs
