Lead Dental Assistant - EDDA

Lead Dental Assistant (EDDA Required) – 58 Peaks Dental (Denver, CO) Full-Time

58 Peaks Dental is a modern, patient-centered private practice seeking a reliable EDDA to join our team in a lead dental assistant role.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and wants to play a key role in a well-run, efficient practice. Lead experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Mon–Tues: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wed–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays & Weekends: OFF~32–36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting (general procedures)
• Ability to place fillings class 1s and class 2s
• Crown temporization
• Intra oral scanning
• Digital X-rays
• Setup, sterilization, and operatory flow
• Training of less experience dental assistants
• Maintain organization and efficiency
• Support daily team coordination and workflow

Requirements:

• EDDA certification (required)
• Dental assisting experience
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and help lead
