IOM Grain LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in high-quality, food-grade soybean supply chains. Based in Portland, Indiana, we are building a strong and sustainable network of farmers across the Midwest.
Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural clients, focusing on soybean trading and farmer relationships.
Key Duties:
Maintain and expand client portfolio
Develop sourcing partnerships with farmers
Negotiate and close commercial deals
Track performance and market trends
Candidate Profile:
Background in agricultural sales or commodity trading
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Existing farmer network preferred
Multilingual candidates (especially Asian languages) are valued
