Hiring: Senior Node.js Backend Developer

Work Location: Irving, TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience Required: 8+ Years

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join a dynamic team working on scalable backend systems and microservices architecture. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, cloud technologies, and messaging systems, along with the ability to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong experience in Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB
* Experience with Kafka or other messaging queues (RabbitMQ, etc.)
* Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture
* Proven ability to handle lead responsibilities and mentor team members

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
* Build and manage RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party services
* Work with MongoDB to ensure data performance and integrity
* Implement scalable and high-performance backend solutions
* Develop unit tests and ensure code quality through best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
* Maintain clear documentation for APIs and backend systems

Technical Requirements:

* 8 12 years of overall development experience with at least 5+ years in Node.js
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript and backend development
* Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, SQS, SNS
* Familiarity with microservices and brownfield implementations

* Onsite role from day one in Irving, TX
