Junior Data Analyst

Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw information and actionable business decisions. You won't just be "crunching numbers"; you will be identifying patterns that help the team understand what happened yesterday and what might happen tomorrow. This role is ideal for someone who finds "messy data" satisfying to clean and complex spreadsheets exciting to solve.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Hygiene: Extract data from primary and secondary sources (SQL databases, CRM exports, web tools) and perform "data scrubbing" to maintain high integrity.

Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain automated reports and internal dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Trend Analysis: Use statistical methods to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with department heads (Marketing, Operations, or Finance) to understand their specific data needs and provide tailored insights.

Documentation: Maintain a clear log of data definitions and process transformations to ensure "one version of the truth."
