Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA, similar qualification).
  • Experience working with data sets and coding languages, database, automation, or business intelligence (e.g., SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams through problem-framing and problem-structuring, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights to a wide range of stakeholders including technical management teams.
  • Ability to structure and solve analytical problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive insights and analysis that support the business.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to provide quantitative analysis on business growth drivers to guide executive decision-making.
  • Develop and manage business growth reporting and KPI frameworks, identifying trends and building tools that drive incremental business growth.
  • Collaborate with ads finance, operations, and business intelligence teams to ensure strategic analytical alignment, and maintain data consistency across global data sets.
  • Ensure analysis and operational efficiency in a high-energy growth environment.
