Bumblebee IT Services is seeking an experienced Systems & Network Administrator to support critical infrastructure across a dynamic and growing environment.

This is a hands-on, mid-to-senior level role focused on systems reliability, network performance, and operational continuity not entry-level support.

What You’ll Own:
• Administration of servers, systems, and network infrastructure
• Active Directory, endpoint management, and system performance
• Network support (switching, VLANs, wireless environments)
• Backup, recovery, and system monitoring (VEEAM or similar)
• Infrastructure supporting real-world operations (VoIP, security systems, etc.)
• System upgrades, patching, and security alignment
• Troubleshooting complex system and network issues

What You Bring:
• 3+ years in Systems / Network Administration
• Strong Windows Server + Active Directory experience
• Solid networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, wireless)
• Experience supporting production environments
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly

Preferred:
• VMware or virtualization experience
• Backup/recovery platforms (VEEAM)
• Experience in structured environments (education, healthcare, etc.)
