Production Associate needed in Carey, Ohio
$16.85 -$17.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
Follow written and verbal work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals while ensuring accuracy
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during scheduled shifts
Ability to lift up to [weight, if applicable]
Strong attention to detail and dependability
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
