Bilingual French Generalist Evaluator Expert

Gridnaut Recruiting seeks native French speakers from Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, or France for AI research supporting advanced language model training and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Design: Create French/English prompts with multiple constraints tailored to regional contexts (Canadian, Belgian, Swiss, French usage patterns)
- Evaluation Standards: Establish response expectations and develop comprehensive rubrics that account for linguistic nuance, tone, and cultural conventions
- Model Testing: Run prompts through models and assess outputs for accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Quality Assurance: Participate in QA reviews ensuring consistency across French-language benchmarks

Minimum Qualifications:
- Native French fluency specific to one of four regions with strong English reading/writing
- Must be native to and have lived significantly in Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, or France
- BS or BA from a reputable institution (completed or in progress)
- Strong writing and critical thinking skills
- Independent work capability and deadline management
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Reliable high-speed internet access

Opportunity Details:
- Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: Remote/Telecommute (Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, or France residents)
