Hiring Basis: 6-month contract to permanent basis
Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $23-$26/Hourly/W2

Lotus Technical has a 6-month contract to permanent role MIG/TIG Welder for our client, a manufacturing company located in Big Lake, MN. Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

SUMMARY

The Welder I is responsible for performing high-quality MIG or TIG welding. This role requires a basic understanding of welding processes, technical drawings, and precision fabrication methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding applications and will ensure consistent product quality while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. This position will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required.
0-5 years of professional MIG & TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Willing to consider less experience.
Ability to understand and interpret drawings.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet production deadlines.
Familiarity with general shop tools, hand, and power tools, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in basic computer use and ability to complete production documentation.
Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 50 pounds.
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
