AdvanSix Health is seeking Entry-Level Live Chat Agents to join our remote customer support team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role delivers timely, accurate, and professional assistance to members and customers via live chat channels, follows established policies and procedures, and supports a high-quality, efficient service experience.

Key responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound live chat inquiries, managing multiple conversations concurrently while maintaining clear, accurate, and courteous written communication.
Use company knowledge bases, internal tools, and approved scripts to resolve routine questions and issues related to products, services, account information, and basic troubleshooting.
Document chat interactions and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system according to established standards.
Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-priority issues to appropriate teams following escalation protocols; coordinate follow-up as required.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, quality scores, and adherence to schedule.
Participate in onboarding, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives; incorporate feedback to improve service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information in compliance with privacy and security policies.

Required qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written communication skills in English; ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Proficient computer skills and comfort using web-based applications, chat platforms, and CRM systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
Customer-service orientation with demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable high-speed internet connection, dedicated quiet workspace suitable for remote work, and necessary equipment (computer, headset).
Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.

Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or live chat environments.
Bilingual proficiency in an additional language relevant to the customer base.
Familiarity with healthcare or insurance terminology and processes.

Work environment and scheduling:

Remote position administered by AdvanSix Health; part-time and full-time schedules available.
Shift schedules and hours will be determined based on operational requirements; employees are expected to adhere to scheduled shifts and performance standards.
Participation in required training sessions and periodic performance reviews is expected.
